7th Grade - 12th Grade

If you are looking to register your child/children at Profile School, please email the front office at frontoffice@profile.k12.nh.us and include the following information:

1. Child's/Children's Full Name
2. Child's/Children's Date of Birth
3. Child's/Children's Current Grade
4. Please let us know if your child/children have a 504 or IEP plan currently in place
5. Your physical address
6. Any questions you might have for us

Once your email as been received, the registration process will include:

• Providing proof of residency in the form of a signed lease, tax or mortgage document, or utilities bill
• Providing a copy of child's birth certificate (we can make a copy at the school if needed)
• Completed registration packet
